Make Payments Please note that York County's credit card vendor - PayGov/PayTRUST Solutions, Inc. - will charge your credit card a convenience fee in addition to your payment amount of either $3.00 or 3% whichever is greater. For example on a $10 payment transaction the fee would be $3.00 for a total payment of $13.00 and on a $800 payment the fee would be $24.00 or 3%. If you wish to use American Express, you MUST call 1-866-480-8552. Operators answer 24/7. Unfortunately we cannot accept American Express via the Internet as our vendor - PayGov or PayTRUST SOLUTIONS, Inc. - is charged 3.5% for American Express transactions via the Internet. Since this percentage is not consistent with other types of credit cards American Express is not offered via the Internet. However our vendor does accept the American Express card by phone and charges the same 3% as the other cards. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please note that your credit card will be billed by PayGov or PayTRUST Solutions, Inc. and NOT York County or the Clerk of Courts and your Credit card statement will list PayGov or PayTRUST Solutions, Inc. If you have any question, please call the 1-800 # provided on your statement. We CANNOT accept payments for any Magisterial District Court costs and fines. Payments must be made at the District Court where the lower court case was adjudicated.  Amounts owed by defendants Case Payments:  If you have an existing case and would like to make a payment on that case, you are required to provide your case number. For example: CP-67-CR-1234567-2008  Please be certain that you are indicating the CORRECT case type or else your payment may be applied to another defendant's case - “CR” for Criminal cases, “SA” for Summary Appeal cases, and “MD” for Miscellaneous Docket cases.  To make a case payment, click here.   Filing Fee Payments: If you wish to pay for a Record Check ($11.00) on-line, please review the Record Check link on this website or contact 717-849-5011 or email recordscheck@york-county.org with any additional questions you may have. If you are attempting to make a filing fee payment, please contact the Clerk's office at 717-771-9612  or email COCManagement@york-county.org to obtain a case number and the correct filing fee amount.
