The Domestic Relations Section is the Agency in York County responsible for all matters involving the establishment of paternity for children born outside of marriage and the establishment and enforcement of financial and medical support of spouses and/or children.

 

SERVICES PROVIDED:

1.  Location of Absent Parents    2.  Establishment of paternity    3.  Establishment of Support Orders Including Medical Support    4.  Enforcement of Support Orders

Translation services are provided

There is a $23.50 filing fee at the time a complaint for child and/or spouse support is filed. The office does NOT handle issues involving custody, partial custody or visitation.

The Domestic Relations Section is a branch of the York County Court of Common Pleas and under the supervision of the Honorable Stephen P. Linebaugh, President Judge and the Director of the Domestic Relations Section.

Cell phones are NOT permitted in the Judicial Center and everyone must go through security to enter the building.
