CURRENT BUSINESS
Petitions and Motions, including requests for continuances, shall be filed with the Office of the Clerk of the Orphans' Court Division and not presented in chambers.

ADOPTIONS
Hearings provide for by the Adoption Act will be scheduled by and held on dates available to the Court.

PETITIONS FOR THE SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATES
Petitions shall be filled with the Office of the Clerk of the Orphans' Court Division. If all parties beneficially interested in the estate or entitled to notice have not joined in the petition, appropriate and timely notice must be given to those next available audit day as set forth in the trial calendar. The parties that have not joined in the petition shall be appraised, by way of notice, of the specific audit date and advised to appear and/or provide in advance a written objection to the proposed distribution.
