Inmates committed to the York County Prison must complete a visitors list identifying potential visitors. Only listed visitors will be accepted for visitation. It may take up to twenty-four (24) hours for the list to be processed. Once approved, the visitor must provide two forms of identification at the time of a visit. Photo identification can be a driver license, passport, military, and permanent resident, school and state ID cards. They have to be valid and list a current address. The other form of identification can be another photo identification, a birth certificate, a social security card or a permanent resident card with the alien number. No exceptions to this policy!
